Thank you for visiting The Leather Man! We want you to have the best possible shopping experience. Please take the time to review our Terms and Conditions outlined below.

You must be over 18 years old to shop with us.  By using our site, you represent that you are of legal age to view and purchase adult materials and that such materials are legal to own in your community.  You are responsible for knowing the laws and community standards where you live.  The Leather Man, Inc. takes no responsibility for, nor makes any claims as to, the legality of owning or possessing our products in your community.  You further agree that you will not make our website or our products available to anyone under legal age, or intentionally to anyone who does not want to come into contact with our website or products.

Our goal is to ensure you have a good experience shopping with us and that you are happy with your purchases.  If an item is defective, we stand behind it for up to 30 days.  If possible, we will repair or replace it for you right away.  Some manufacturers of items we sell may offer longer warranties, which will be included with the item when purchased.  If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.  Additionally, if we mistakenly send you the wrong item(s) we will send you a return shipping label to return the item(s) to us at our expense.

We try to ship orders within 24 hours of their receipt.  However, our shippers pick up Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays, so if your order is placed on a Friday, for instance, it will be shipped the following Monday.  You can choose the shipper and time frame of your shipment when you check out.  A list of shippers, methods and costs will be displayed for you to choose.

We want you to be happy with your purchases. In the event that you need to return a product we offer an exchange or store credit at The Leather Man, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. An exchange is not restricted to the same product.

Custom or altered items, sale items, or items that might come into contact with any bodily fluids are "final sale" and may not be returned. These include cock rings, dildos, butt plugs, enemas, chastity devices, and latex gloves.

If you do need to return an item please send us an e-mail at [email protected] to discuss available options for your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning items to us, we strongly advise you to insure the package for the full retail value in case your package gets lost or damaged during shipment.  We also recommend, for your protection, that you require a signature or proof of delivery.  We are not responsible for items we don’t receive.

Please confirm the correct size of leather apparel before ordering as our items are measured to fit. Note that many American manufacturers utilize “vanity sizing” and that your retail size may not represent your actual measurement. When exchanging items ordered online for a different size, you may be subject to fees including return postage and additional shipping.

Items ordered online for “store pickup” will be held for one calendar year before being put back up for sale. If you need us to hold on to an item for longer than one year, you must contact us to make arrangements.

The Leather Man, Inc. does not make any warranties, expressed or implied, as to the safety of our products. Nor do we claim appropriateness for use of any of our products.  All items are sold as “novelties only.”  We accept no responsibility for any use or misuse, or for any injuries resulting from such use or misuse, of our products.
