The Quadpod has 3 hooks at the top perfect for a variety of positions. Made with 1-1/2" 13 gauge steel and very tough. Comes with two top center plates, one 2' bar to connect the two center plates, four top extenders, four center posts, and four posts with rubber feet on them to help keep the floor nice. The dimension of the square foot print is 99"( 8 ft 3 in) x 89", (7 ft, 5 in). It is 92" (7ft 8in) tall and rated at 400 pounds. Shipping weight is 108 pounds.
