The Clean Stream Toilet Enema easily fits onto your toilet or shower using a simple screw on valve included in this kit. To install, screw the adjustable pressure valve onto the water pressure valve at the base of the toilet. Screw on the steel hose. Turn on the water pressure on the toilet and use the valve switch to regulate the flow of water. You can also install on shower and use the valve to switch to shower head or hose.
